How to cope with hair loss  - Hair loss affects both women and men, causing sometimes psychological states such as depression and low self-esteem.

The causes of hair loss in women differs from that of men. In men the most common reason is androgenetic alopecia caused by a series of hormonal and hereditary factors related to the genetic structure of the hair follicle and the variation in levels of androgens. In women, hair loss begins around age 35 with hair loss in the parietal region. Alopecia results in the breaking of the hair fiber due to the loss of thickness to each hair gets weaker.

The flat iron, hair dryer, hair curler, dyes, coloring, permanents, increase this problem by causing thinning of hair.

To address this problem we recommend a treatment to strengthen the hair from the root, thus improving the microcirculation of the hair fibers. Localized performing massage, nutrition and strengthening the hair are essential to restore damaged hair and prevent breakage.

The nettle extract is very beneficial because it helps stop hair loss while stimulating blood circulation in the hair bulb, helping to strengthen its structure. There are now specific hair products such as shampoo and conditioners based on nettle to help solve this problem.
