The best types of shampoo - Whatever type of hair you have, there is a shampoo for that. There are certain things you should look to suit your hair type. As important as the shampoo is, how to shampoo is also important. You can be washed too often, not often enough or leave the shampoo in too little time.

Oily hair
Oily hair is caused mainly by the excretion of sebum from the sebaceous glands in the head. For every hair on your head, there is a gland. The finer the hair, glands else will, so your hair oily. For shampoos, choose clear, not creamy, especially those with zinc PCA, which is good for oily hair because it helps regulate the sebaceous gland, to normalize oil production.

Dry Hair
Dry hair has many causes, from poor nutrition aging to sun damage, salt water and drying. Choose moisturizing shampoos that are and have a low pH, between 2.5 and 3.5. This will close the cuticle and lock in the fat and moisture. Also, do not choose two-in-one conditioning shampoos, which often do not do well too.

Dandruff
Dandruff has several causes, including such as dry skin, oily skin, irritation, called seborrheic dermatitis, no shampoo and sufficient conditions of the skin such as eczema and psoriasis. Most of these are related to diet, but can be treated with zinc pyrithione shampoos and shampoos are anti-fungal ketoconazole, which reduce the fungus that causes dandruff.
