Your host:
Your hostess, France-Isabelle, is in her fifties. She has completely renovated her apartment for her B&B service and offers at present two guest rooms completely independent. It is a real pleasure for her to meet tourists from all over the world. She will always welcome you as true friends and you will immediately feel ‘at home’ with her. She knows Paris very well and she loves the city. She keeps herself always informed of major events and restaurants to recommend. 

The Location:
France-Isabelle's apartment is located in the 16th district, one of the most top-class districts of Paris. Centrally located it allows you to visit a very beautiful part of Paris on foot. The Trocadero Garden and its museums are just 15 minutes' walk; the Seine and the Eiffel Tower close by. 

A direct bus or subway close to the apartment will quickly take you to the Champs-Elysées where you can do some shopping in the luxury shops or admire the Arc of Triumph. The RER whose lane follows the river Seine will take you to the Eiffel Tower, to the Invalides and to Notre-Dame Cathedral in a few minutes.


The Apartment:
A modern building (built in1960) furnished and decorated and has its own private entry and a terrace above where the windows of the bedrooms open onto a large garden. 

It is furnished in a traditional French style with old pieces of furniture and lots of artworks and paintings. 

Ideal for the Bed & Breakfast activity as the rooms all open on to the main room which is the dining room, from which you can reach the hall, the living room, the kitchen, the guest room No.304, France-Isabelle's bedroom and a second and smaller guest room No.303. 



Guest room 304:
The main guest room is 23m2 - and is divided into three parts: an 'alcôve', a living space and a private bathroom. It is quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated.
Thanks to its soundproofing and opening on to the garden, you may relax peacefully.

 The 'alcôve' is equipped, on your request, with either a large new king size bed (160 cm X 200 cm) or two separate beds (80 X 200). 



The living-room area is equipped with a leather sofa, a glass table and two chairs. The sofa is convertible and can be used as a bed for one or two more people, which is perfect when travelling with children. 


The ensuite bathroom is private for your group use only. It is equipped with a bath, a wash basin and toilets.
 The bath offers a hand-held shower. Bath towels, bath products and a hair-dryer are always at your disposal.

Guest room 303:
The bedroom is 11m2 wide. It is small but cozy and it has been perfectly organised so you feel comfortable. It is very quiet and has a n extremely comfortable queen size bed 160 cm X 200 cm which is new and modern, equipped with two mattresses which can each be electrically adjusted.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served by France-Isabelle in the Kitchen. It is very substantial made up of fresh baguette, croissants or chocolate breads, warm drinks such as coffee, warm milk or chocolate, several teas of different flavours, Orange juices, honey, butter etc. You will especially appreciate the delicious jams with different rare and refined flavours that France-Isabelle purchases from the delicatessen.


Additional information:
  1. Internet connection is available with your own computer from your bedroom. 


  2. France-Isabelle is ready to lend you an iron and ironing board. 


  3. France-Isabelle ensure’s her apartment is suitable for people who suffer from allergies. There are no feathers in the beddings and the carpets can be removed if you ask for it. 
  4. 

Information booklets and maps of Paris are at your disposal. You will find them in your bedroom and in the living-room. If you are looking for particular information, do not hesitate to ask France-Isabelle. She keeps herself always informed of major events not to miss in Paris and she will be happy to help you choose a restaurant, a show, or call a taxi for you.
